These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sorcery Cinema, LLC (“Sorcery Cinema,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website and all related content, materials, and services available through it are collectively referred to as the “Site.”

The presence of any materials on the Site does not grant any license or right to use them beyond personal viewing of the Site. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sorcery Cinema.

Unauthorized use of any content from the Site may violate intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

Portfolio and Client Work

The Site may display projects, productions, or content created by Sorcery Cinema, as well as projects, productions, or content created by Sorcery Cinema’s executives or team members individually, either prior to the formation of Sorcery Cinema or during their professional careers outside of the company, including work performed in collaboration with clients, partners, sponsors, studios, networks, agencies, or other third parties.

Certain materials presented on the Site may have been produced directly by Sorcery Cinema, while other materials may represent work created by Sorcery Cinema personnel during prior engagements, independent collaborations, or work performed for third parties in a professional capacity before or during their association with Sorcery Cinema.

Such materials may include trademarks, logos, or intellectual property belonging to third parties. All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The display of these materials on the Site is for informational and portfolio purposes only and does not imply ownership of third-party intellectual property, nor does it imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an ongoing business relationship with Sorcery Cinema unless expressly stated.

Third-Party Materials and Licensing

By submitting materials without a prior written agreement with Sorcery Cinema, you acknowledge that Sorcery Cinema may already be developing or producing projects that are similar in concept, theme, or format. You further acknowledge that no confidential relationship is created through such submission and that you waive any claim against Sorcery Cinema arising from alleged similarities between your submission and any existing or future projects developed by Sorcery Cinema.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Data Use

Content contained on the Site may not be used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, automated scraping, data mining, or other automated extraction techniques without the express written consent of Sorcery Cinema.

Any unauthorized collection or use of Site content for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models, generating derivative datasets, or replicating Site content through automated systems is strictly prohibited.
